Baggex specialises in dedicated delivery, meaning that only cruise baggage will be carried on our vehicles at any one time. From collection and right through to delivery you can rest assured that your baggage is in safe hands. Our service offering is unique in the marketplace and significantly reduces the risk of loss, damage, and mis delivery.
Collection and return of baggage is £49.99 including VAT (Value Added Tax) per item each way (not exceeding 25kg).
Baggex will collect your baggage from your home address on an agreed date 1-5 working days prior to your departure.
Baggage is returned to your home within 1-3 working days of your return to any UK Port.

Bookings can only be made over the phone by credit or debit card. Payment is made through WorldPay secure payment gateway.

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances. If we fail to collect your baggage on the agreed date and as a result you cancel the booking. You confirm in writing that you wish to cancel your booking no less than three days in advance of your arranged collection date / arrival date back in the UK.

Baggage collected will then be taken to our secure facility until the date of your cruise when it will then be delivered directly to the port and the relevant cruise line team. After passing the baggage to the cruise line representative a text message/email is sent to the passenger to confirm that the baggage has been handed over.
If you have booked a return service with Baggex, the delivery service is repeated, and your bag(s) are returned to you.
On collection all baggage should be secured by the client. If your baggage is not secured Baggex will provide a security seal that will need to be attached to your case prior to collection. All baggage collected must have cruise line labels, attached, that include full name and cabin number as minimum. In addition, the client should ensure that each piece of baggage has a baggage Tag showing their full name and address including post code.
The customer is given a unique Baggex booking reference number which is assigned to your baggage. This is quoted by the driver on collection.
Your baggage is insured up to £100 per bag. We do not cover the contents of the bag only loss or damage to the case itself. By accepting this compensation, you will not be permitted to make a claim under your travel insurance. (Please note that this compensation is not Travel Insurance)
* Baggex cannot provide any cover for and in no manner will be liable for the loss of or physical damage to any of your personal effects. Such items are shipped expressly at your own risk.
In the circumstances where we have attempted a collection, but the baggage is not available for our driver, there will be an additional re-collection charge of £24.99 in all instances.
If the collection or delivery is going to be later than the agreed time window by 30 minutes either way, you will receive a call/text/email with the revised ETA. If the revised time is not agreeable a new time window will be agreed. Where a revised collection can’t be agreed a full refund will be issued.
